Home Indoor Workout For RUNNERS

For today I have prepared a pyramid fitness program ideal for runners! This program includes a combination of exercises that help the technique of running by training all muscle groups.

The pyramid program has the form 2-4-6-4-2 for the exercises. We have in total to do 5 circles and we begin by doing 2 exercises, then 4, 6 and so on.
