Intense Upper Body Workout From Home | Dumbbells Only

For today's program I have prepared a 10 minute with 14 exercises to workout your arms, shoulders and back at home!

This program includes as equipment 2 dumbbells which you can choose depending on your level. The weights I used in all the exercises are 5kg.

Another way to make this program easier or harder is to change the breaks. Throughout the program I do 15 seconds so you can do it for 30 seconds to make it easier or 5 to 10 to make it harder.
