A quick and effective 10 min abs workout!
This program includes 16 different exercises divided into two. Each exercise lasts 30 seconds and every two exercises exist a break of 15 seconds.
In 4 exercises that are a little more difficult I give a beginner friendly variation that you can do in case the first exercise is quite difficult.
