8 Min Intense Abs Workout | Slow - Fast Rhythm

For today we have a very intense abs workout that in just 8 minutes is able to make our abs burning!

This program emphasize at the rhythm changes that exist! In each exercise we will stay for 20 seconds at a slow pace and then we will stay for another 20 seconds performing the same exercise at a fast pace. 💪

Do a little warm-up before and a few stretches because they will definitely be needed!
