For today’s workout we are going to do an Abs & Legs workout with 26 exercises which is quite intense and you need only 2 dumbbells to do it!
This video is full length which means you can just follow whatever I’m doing for each exercise. If you need a break you can take it!
I recommend switching up your workouts to give your muscles enough time to recover and to train them from different angles.
