15 min HIIT Workout for Fat Burn

New HIIT workout video ideal for those who want to lose weight and burn fat!

The program has 18 high intensity exercises and at the beginning of each exercise I give a low impact variation without jumps.

The exercises are divided into 3 sets of 8 exercises with breaks of 20 seconds and all other breaks last 10 seconds.

Modify the program to your level and add more breaks so you can complete it correctly.
